This place has a nice spot with views of the valley 🌄 and the staff are super friendly. the rooms are always clean and they even have hypoallergenic pillows, which is great for sensitive guests. the food options are tasty and there's a good variety to choose from. It's definitely a top pick for a Christmas getaway!

Really enjoyed its delightfully helpful staff.
Everything met required needs, had a fun stay with a family visit. The location was comfortable and handy, 5 minutes' walk to the centre. We ate at a nice restaurant for lunch. The food was tasty - plenty of options.

The location was awesome - super close to cool pubs and restaurants. We found a lovely surprise at Thai Cafe which was just a kilometer away 🍜.

The staff were very friendly, especially the waiter Ryan, and the reception lady on the saturday morning. Nice calming decor in the rooms. Great nightclub, good filling breakfast and would definitely go again.
The check out time was too early, 12md would be better.

We had a really comfortable stay with a family visit.
everything was first-class, so were excellent views of the hills. appreciated an electronic key card, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities in the room. its location a short walk to regent centre was great. was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very very nice and enthusiastic. food in the stunning restaurant was excellent.

Hotel only had booking for 1 night not 2 but were able to accomodate me for the extra night. Cooked breakfast not start early enough for those going for a 9 o'clock start

A friendly reception even though it was very late in the evening when we arrived. Although the complaint sectionis a bit more wordy we enjoyed our stay the reception staff were extremely pleasant as was the young lady who served breakfast. Thank you we wouldn't hesitate to book your hotel again.
The shower could do with a real overhaul in Room 9. The spray was sparse and the fitments poor. It would be useful as well to have grip handles on the wall as there were no available grip mats for the bath if required. We reported that the ceiling light fitment just fell down and could have perhaps hurt someone as it was between the toilet and the sink, but this was attended to as soon as we made it known to the staff on reception.

Booked a standard double room with an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities, and its location was fantastic near the bus stop to Glasgow.

Friendly staff, unfortunately could not have cooked breakfast as the chef was delayed in traffic!

The staff were courteous and helpful.
The room wasn't clean when we arrived, but this was resolved. The room was very small. There is a nightclub on the ground floor which our room was directly above meaning there was lots of noise until after 2am.

The food was good and reasonably priced.
They were not expecting me even though pre-booked with Booked.net. The free wi-fi was only available in the reception area.

The Hotel was in a great location for the purpose of my trip and the hotel happily let me check-out late with no financial implication.
I felt the room, althought well presented and comfortable, was a little on the small side.
